Strip out exiting bathroom and laundry. Relocate the hot water system from the laundry to the outside wall. Remove window from laundry and reconfigure the wall between the bathroom and laundry to create a larger bathroom. Install a new smaller window to the bathroom to enable the creation of a large walk in shower with niche and the addition of an extra toilet. Install new toilet, vanity, shower screen and mirror.
In the laundry custom cabinetry was installed including drop in sink, new benchtop and custom linen cupboard.
